The user friendly interface makes it easy to configure specific company settings, payroll policies, employee shifts and schedules, export settings for third party payroll applications, add or modify records, generate reports, configure hardware devices and perform real-time monitoring of all time attendance and access control events. Bio-office Professional saves time with its Import and Export features.  This allows for companies with an existing database of employees to easily import this existing information into the Bio-Office software using our automated import utility. Time records can be simply exported for use in third party payroll applications using our Payroll Export Plugins. Bio-office gives you the ability to centrally manage multiple devices in multiple locations, facilities, campuses, or time zones using our simple device configuration utility. User Level Security can be defined to allow for multiple software users or administrators. Bio-Office application users can be assigned an individual Id and password to access the application and be permitted or denied access to any or all functions and features as desired.
